Online Shop

Products

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure all details relating to products on the website are correct. The images on the website are illustrative and the products you order and/or packaging may vary slightly from those images. Please note that all work is handmade and therefore may vary slightly in appearance and size. Prices and specifications can change without notice and Products are subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

Please make sure the email address you provide us with is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations and acceptances are sent to that email address. Please check any spam folders you may have for communications from us. Once you have completed your order we will send you a confirmatory email to acknowledge that we have received your order and that your order has been accepted by us. At this point the contract between you and us has been formed and we will process the payment details you have given us to take payment for your order. Ownership of the products will pass to you upon delivery.

Payments

You can pay for products using Paypal or through a BACS payment. Items will only be posted once payment is made in full and received by Kirsty Stewart Jewellery. All prices quoted on the website are retail, displayed in (£) Pounds Sterling, and exclude the cost of delivery. Payment for all orders (including those placed from outside the UK) are made in (£) pounds.

Delivery

We ship all products via special delivery. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site and will be added to your cart at checkout or on your invoice (bespoke products & commissions).

Returns

If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with any products purchased which are not faulty, we will refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 28 days after the day following the delivery of the products. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings. All returned products must be returned to us in good condition, of which we shall be the sole judge. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of receipt of the returned Products. Any Products returned must be within its original packaging. Please note that the initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable for any unsuitable items.

Returns for a damaged or defective product: If any products (including earrings) that we send to you are damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the products or refund the price paid by you, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the products. If the products are damaged or defective, we require that you tell us within 7 days of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of our receipt of the returned products.

Bespoke and commission work is none returnable and none refundable.

Commissions

For bespoke and commission work a 50% non refundable deposit is required once a design and price has been agreed, the remaining balance is due before collecting or posting the piece out. Bespoke and commission work is none returnable and none refundable.

Online Class Booking & Payment

By completing an event booking in my Online Shop you are indicating you will attend the relevant event and that you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

To book a place at one of my classes you must book and pay online in advance, with a credit or debit card. This payment keeps your place for you and is non-refundable.

Places on events are booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is essential that all class spaces are booked in advance. Kirsty Stewart Jewellery reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who has not pre-booked a place.

Group bookings are available for 3 people per class only. Full booking details can be found in the relevant event details web page.

If an event is fully subscribed, then you may be added to a waiting list for this event. In the event of a cancellation, Kirsty Stewart Jewellery may contact you to tell you that a place has become available. If an event is showing as “Fully Booked” and you would like to be placed on the waiting list, then please contact Kirsty Stewart Jewellery with your details.

The duration and area of the event will be specified in the event description for that event. A reminder will be emailed out a few days in advance of the class with further details and full address.

Vouchers

By completing the purchase of a Kirsty Stewart Jewellery Voucher you are indicating you both acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions.

Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date. No voucher will be accepted after the expiry date. Orders placed after the expiry date attempting to use the voucher will be cancelled.

Vouchers can be used online to purchase from the Kirsty Stewart Jewellery shop and are redeemable against both jewellery stock and available class spaces.

Vouchers are none refundable.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you us and supersede any prior whether written or oral. You acknowledge that you have not accepted the Terms and Conditions in reliance on any oral or written representations made by us that are not contained in the Terms and Conditions.

Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any documentation or content relating to the website shall be governed by Scots law.
